- No asphalt shingles may be used on any roof .
- All connect ions for utilities to the main supply system shall be underground.
- No driveways or pathways shall be allowed to remain unfinished.
- No animals or live stock of any kind may be kept on any parcel save and except domestic pets (dogs, cats and birds) to a maximum of three in total .
